Ordering, Deposit, and Pick Up Procedures:
Ordering: We would like orders to be placed 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure that we have the time to spend making your order just the way YOU like it. Sometimes we are able to take orders on short notice, so please don't hesitate to ask! We try to accommodate the best we can!
Deposit: All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. At this time, the deposit can be received via cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Pay Pal. The remaining balance is due at time of pick up. Gratuity is appreciated, but not required!
Cancellation: Orders cancelled within 2 weeks of the pick up date will have their deposit refunded(minus any special decor: i.e-custom cake/cupcake toppers). Orders cancelled less than 2 weeks of their pick up date will not receive a refund. This is due to a lot of materials, especially for custom cakes, having to be ordered ahead of time. We understand there are emergencies and will try to work with each and every client to the best of our ability!
Pick Up: Information with pick up location will be given at the time of order! Please adhere to your pick up time! If a change is pick up time is needed, please notify me well in advance! I can not guarantee that I can accommodate different pick up times, but I try my best. If we can not agree on a time that works for both parties, your deposit is forfeited!
